Subscriptions and narration tickets are purchased in the app through App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. They are digital content, so there is nothing to ship — you can use them in the app as soon as you pay.
$3.99/ month
The free trial (1 month) is available once, the first time you subscribe with that store account. After the trial, $3.99 is charged every month.
One ticket makes the audio for one story in your registered voice. Tickets never expire and stay usable after your subscription ends.
Registering your voice is free (up to 10 times a day).
Prices shown are in US dollars. The actual amount, currency and any applicable taxes are set by the store you pay through and may vary by country.
You can withdraw a purchase within 7 days of payment, except for any digital content whose provision has already begun (Article 17(2)5 of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
A subscription opens every story the moment you pay, so provision begins immediately and it cannot be withdrawn. If you cancel, you can keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.
Only unused narration tickets can be withdrawn. If making the audio fails, the ticket is returned automatically.
Request refunds from the store you paid through — App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play under Play Store > Payments & subscriptions.
If a minor paid without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the contract.
